Social Media Marketing & Operations Intern

Arihant AI is looking for a creative, energetic, and organized Social Media Marketing Intern to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will help manage, grow, and optimize social media profiles for our company as well as for multiple clients.  

Aside from creating content, you will also help handle basic client inquiries and schedule meetings. This is a fantastic learning opportunity for anyone who loves social media, making videos, and talking to people!  

What You Will Do  

Social Media & Content Creation  

• Create Content: Design simple images, write regular posts, and put together engaging carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other pages.

• Make Reels & Edit Videos: Create fun, engaging reels and short videos.

• Brainstorm Ideas: Come up with creative ideas and strategies to grow our pages organically (without paid ads).

• Profile Optimization: Keep all profiles active, clean, looking professional, and easy to find for new followers.

Research & Strategy

• Topic Research: Look up trending topics, hashtags, and ideas to find out what people want to see.

• Competitor Analysis: Check what other similar companies are doing online to see what works well and how we can do better.

• Track Results: Look at page reach, insights, and numbers to make simple weekly reports on how the pages are doing for our multiple clients.

Client Inquiries & Support (L1)  

• Manage DMs & Comments: Check inbox messages and comments regularly to reply to people quickly and politely.  

• Basic Support: Answer simple, everyday questions from clients or followers who want to know more about our services.  

• Schedule Meetings: Coordinate with interested clients and book discussion meetings for them with our company experts.  

What We Are Looking For

• Creative Mindset: You love social media, know what trends are popular, and enjoy making simple graphics or video edits on your phone or laptop.

• Curious & Analytical: You like exploring other pages, researching new ideas, and seeing what makes a post successful.

• Simple & Clear Communication: Good written and spoken English to chat with clients in the DMs and write nice post captions.  

• Organized: Ability to handle tasks for a few different client profiles without getting confused.  

• Eager to Learn: You don't need years of experience! A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
